Infection in lungs is an acute inflammation of the bronchi or not associated with inflammation of the bronchioles, infections (usually viral) of
usually benign course. It can be serious if it occurs at the extreme ages of life if it combines an array of bronchiolitis if it occurs in cardiac or respiratory insufficient. Pathophysiologically, it is an epithelial destruction, with cellular migration from peri-lesional areas, vasodilatation, mucosal and submucous edema hypersecretion, discharge, epithelial desquamation, moving toward healing in 15 days. It sometimes persists sequel (frequent persistent bronchial hyperresponsiveness, bronchiolitis or exceptional bronchiectasis) [Table 1]. This is a common reason for consultation with a peak frequency autumn -winter. Despite his character Benin is a real public health problem by absenteeism and cost of antibiotic (usually unjustified) prescribed.
